Please note: A $100 deposit is required for all colour and foil appointments and is redeemable on the day of your service or can be issued as a credit to book your next appointment.

Yes! A confirmation message is sent out to all clients 4 days prior to your booking. Please reply Y to this message or call the salon to cancel or reschedule.

Cancelling within 48 hours will forfeit any deposit paid.

At your earliest convenience please contact the salon via instagram @whyldhair or via TEXT to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Failing to cancel your appointment without at least 4 days notice will forfeit any deposit paid.

We recommend rebooking every 10-12 weeks to avoid missing out on any appointments. Late

evening appointments book out a few months in advance so we suggest booking ahead. We also advise for any other appointments to book approximately a month in advance to book with your preferred stylist. We do sometimes have last minute cancellations so keep an eye out on our instagram for any last minute availabilities in salon.

Depending on your service, foil appointments may take up to 4 hours.
